Order Delay and Cancellation !!

I’m not happy at all !!!

I was supposed to get my delivery on Tuesday ( 10 February 2026) today it is 13th of February . And I was only told that my order was shipped to the incorrect branch on the 12th of February . I kept on calling Takealot and I was advised that my order will take 3-5 working days to be delivered . This has inconvenienced me in every way , making a multiple of calls and having to now go and buy what I had ordered on time and it was not delivered .

I have to come to a resolution that I’m requesting a refund and a Takemore subscription cancellation immediately. All of this things don’t serve any purpose .

Please cancel my order immediately, and refund me !!!!
