Order cancelled without my concern

I bought two laptops, they confirmed delivery was on the way then later on the order was cancelled without my concern and I was told they will credit my account.

I sent an email asking them to refund the money back to my bank account because I don't want to buy anything from them anymore. Till today, no one has rep**** to my email and their call centre number does not go through.

When I checked the laptops later on their site, the price was different from the original price.

Now I do not want my refund, I want the two laptops with the initial price that I paid because I never asked to cancel the order.
