Order cancelled by TAKEALOT ..Its a mystery where the Money is

Order done on the 2 Jan 2026.Paid R950 from cheque account The order was cancelled by Takealot The staff x4 were not helpful Bank statement was provided as proof of payment .Nobody can assist. All they say is awaiting response from Finance dept to check where the money is. Totally irresponsible. Worst store to trade with. Most of the items were on special at that time.ie household items. It's the 9th Jan 2026 and still no valid reason for the order that was cancelled.
