Order cancelled by takealot? Can I have my money back?

I placed an order on Saturday - Order #***. I made payment and the money was deducted from my account. On Sunday I received an e-mail saying that my order was cancelled due to non-payment?? I have never had issues with takealot but this ridiculous. I have proof of payment of over R 3,000 but now my order is cancelled. I need to speak to a real human to get this resolved.
