Order Cancelled but my Money deducted proof send! Dont want to credit my money back!

I have ordered 2 pair of earphones.My payment was pending after sending proof that it went thought they cancelled my order. No refund are due to me but i have proof i must call my bank and dispute it! Please credit my money for pay it back into my bank account its been 4 days with up and down emails!order#***
