order cancelled because incomplete

I placed an order for a combo set as shown on the take alot app and was sent only one part of the order and expected to pay in full. order was refused as incomplete on the day and tried to get answers from take a lot customer service who to date still has not given any feedback. i checked my app and found my order has been cancelled without my knowledge. order was placed on 11/08/2022 and refused as incomplete 19/08/2022 order number ***
