Order cancelled and delay order

I am extremely disappointed with the cancellation of my order ***6. I understand that due to the ever changing covid 19 government regulations, my booze order was cancelled. But what I don't understand is why my other part of the order was not delivered. It was 3 items. I did email my concerns but the consultant just copied and pasted their responses about liquor not being allowed to be sold and some lame excuse that the order was by the courier but had to be returned? My account was credited and I reordered the other items ***4. What blows my my mind is that my order is only scheduled for delivery for the 22/01/2020. Why?! If my order ***6 was ready to be shipped surely you would have this stock and can easily deliver this sooner? I have used takealot for many years and can understand that sometimes there will be issues and delays and I have never complained before but this is just ridiculous.
