Order cancelled after I have made a payment
I ordered DvD's via the App. I paid some of the invoice with eBucks and the rest with EFT. To my surprise the following day I received am email saying that my order has been cancelled and eBucks refunded. I sent several emails for them to rectify that. Finally yesterday my order was active again so I made the payment that was refunded to eBucks via EFT and now I am so annoyed. The order has been cancelled again!!! Will I ever get these DVD's?
