Order cancelled after 3 weeks and no comms

<p>I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and, after calling to check (note, I had to follow up) I was told that the item can not be sourced and the order has been cancelled. No communition, no item, and it is not the first time.</p>
