Order cancelled after 2 weeks

Put through an order for a UAG phone case for my new Samsung S20 Ultra, my order was supposed to take about a week (5 working days). My delivery date changed twice until eventually after two weeks of waiting it was pushed another 11 days out only for them to email me that my order had been cancelled due to no stock. They say they tried to source one from their supplier but they couldn't and therefore they were cancelling my order and crediting my account. They didn't attempt to offer an alternative that could be shipped immediately especially since UAG have several products, no discount or some form of compensation was offered for making me wait two weeks just to be told my order is cancelled. Now I have to find another company to get the case through and will have to wait until after the national lockdown! Never going to use Takealot again because they have no idea about customer service. And no I don't want credit for takealot, I want me my money back.
