Order cancelled??
Good day, I was to collect an order Order #*** for Ms L Frost on Saturday, but was unfortunately not at home, now order has been cancelled yet paid for? Can It please be rescheduled for today?

06 Nov 2023, 11:02I cannot understand why the order cannot be rescheduled, why was it cancelled anyhow, are you not supposed to reschedule untill the customer replies?? I was out and was unable to collect the above order. Now no one wants to assist. Last time we order from Takealot. Service suck.
