Order Cancellation - Items still being shipped!
I have cancelled orders *** and *** very early on June 5 with a response received from Takealot of acknowledgement.<br> <br> This morning I received an SMS for delivery, and upon phoning customer services, was advised that the process of refunding me the funds spent will only kick off once they receive the goods back in good order.<br> <br> How on earth is internal logistics my problem now?<br> <br> Please help!

We're sorry for the miscommunication with the cancellation & the delay it's caused with your refund. Our complaints team will liaise with our returns & finance teams to see if we're able to get this actioned sooner as this was our mistake which we need to fix.
