Order cancellation hell

Absolutely *********** support staff.

I cancel an order. Number *** . This order number is IN the subject line of the correspondence I’m having with the agent. He goes and cancels a different order with a totally different number ***.

And guess what. They cannot rectify their own mistake. You have to order a replacement for your CORRECT order. Meanwhile the item is already at the depot.

And the agent Kent D, is just like, meh not my problem.

Ridiculous archaiic processes and *********** staff.

You just lost a long time customer.
