Order cancellation for reasons that are clearly lies.

I placed a order and was given notice more than a week later that it was cancelled. Their reasons for cancelling were crystal clear falsehoods and am severely disappointed that my previously wonderful experiences with them have been poisoned by this mismanagement.

I submitted two separate tickets ( Ticket *** & #***9) and got prompt answers but after I clarified what the actual issue was I have been answered since, not even the generic 'I'll follow up and revert back soonest' email has reached me.

This is unacceptable and I will make noise until it is dealt with.
