Order Canceled Unnecessarily, I'm So Angry.

Firstly, I'm a takealotMore client. However, I haven't been seeing the rewards. Takealot scheduled my order to be delivered in 2weeks..that was an extreme long wait, but I let it slide. They were supposed to deliver on the 5th Jan, then all of a sudden delivery date was changed to the 2nd..i traveled to avail myself on the 2nd, only for them not to deliver.. Driver calls today, on the 3rd and tells me he'll deliver on Monday the 5th as per initial delivery date; only for them to cancel my order.. I have re-ordered the SAME ITEMS and now the delivery date is the 27th Jan.. Why am I waiting for so long for items that were already here? The items are in JHB, but I have to wait another 3 weeks as a takealotMore customer. I'm requesting for the items to be delivered on Monday instead of me waiting for another 3 weeks for items that were packed and shipped already. Please sort this out.. Also, why did the driver lie to me???
