Order canceled

I ordered a pair of shoes on Takealot. The order was to be delivered on 22 August 2022. Nothing arrived i phoned the call centre who investigated. The next day my order was canceled stating they couldn't find the size i ordered at the warehouse. I accepted that but what really got to me was they advertising the same shoe in the size i ordered which is poor customer service .
