Order Canceled

<p> </p> <p>On Friday 25 Nov I ordered 2 Air Sleeping Bag from TAKEALOT order number ********** I tried to make the payment using payfast through the website but kept on getting PAGE cannot be displayed. so eventually I looked up the previous payment I made to TAKEALOT and used that reverence number (Mistake I know). </p> <p>However this is not what bugs me - on the website after I ordered I read a popup stating and I quote "your order is save don’t worry you have 7 days to pay and only after 21 days will it be canceled" so this morning 28 Nov I see my order is cancelled so I phone to find out why - surprised to learn that this 7 day pay story does not apply to sale items, sale items need to be paid for same day (which I actually did with the wrong reverence).</p> <p>So I am very disappointed in TAKEALOT service as they are an awesome site, but now I feel that I cannot trust them as there website sais on thing and what happened is totally the opposite.</p> <p>I’m very unhappy TAKEALOT. </p>
