Order books on the 15 August 2015 still not receiv

I ordered books on the 15 August 2015. I was advised that the books would be deliver by the 17 September 2015. I was then advised that there was a problem with the supplier of the one book. Why has Kahari pervious did the other two books were not sent. Saving costs for Takealot Im sure. <br> I sent a message on Wednesday asking when my books would be delivered and then all of a sudden I got a SMS and email saying that the books were on their way.<br> The tracking on takelot says that they have been delivered. After two calls to Mr Delivery and promises that I would get called back. I phoned a third time and then was told I would be lucky to get the books by Tuesday. A month and a half after I order them.<br> The last order that I made, my goods arrived damaged it sent a message to takealot today nobody has bother too call me 2 months later,<br> Very bad service!!
