Order a phone and get a toothbrush!!!

Early March 2025 I ordered my wife a Samsung mobile phone and the package was delivered to my wife's work on 24/03/2025. When she opened the package after the delivery driver left she found two replacement electric toothbrush heads in the package. We have never ordered this and I immediately logged a return via the app. The package was collected on 25/03/2025 and they were going to investigate how this happened. On 31/03/2025 I was informed via email that after they concluded their investigation they will not refund me nor will they send me the phone I ordered, instead they returned the toothbrush heads that I never ordered. I refused to accept the toothbrush heads when it arrived. I am now minus the R6,500 that I paid to takealot.com in good faith and will NEVER order anything from them again!!!
