Order a Christmas present waiting to collect by now after 13days no stock

<p> I order the baby born doll they said shipping will take between 5-7working days. My order was placed on the30th of November and was suppose to collect on the 13December but on the day of collection they emailed me to say they don't have stock. What must I do with a credit on my profile I emailed them yesterday twice no response so how do u get ypur money bac****!</p>
