Order #***

I received a product that was clearly returned before. The product had masking tape and was not in original packaging, not to mention that the packaging was completely torn. I logged a return and requested an exchange, the exchange came and was also with damaged packaging and the toy had masking tape (on a different part). I then refused the exchange as it was clearly faulty and returned. I have not been contacted to schedule collection or a proper return. Very very unhappy as this was a gift and now won't have it in time. So disappointed with this poor service. Awaiting a refund, but collection is not being scheduled.
