1 star is too much, waiting 11 days for the item to be shipped and then when you check at 5pm why it was not delivered you are told they could not get hold of you and you and you did not get a call or notification that their at your place... I was forced to reschude and then again told by agent they could not get hold of you but then they check but the driver was never at your address and told someone will come before 5 again and still not a call then they reschedule it before 7 then again no delivery guy show up and after your 20th call they tell you someone was there at 5 but you were standing at the door waiting for them and then waiting till 7 and to be told that no one was able to deliver it as there was no driver available after you were promised it is on the way... Really the worst deliver service and all they do is lie that you have to cancel the order because who can take more lies... This is the worst company to order from online and I will never waste my time like this again.
