Order #*** ( Urgent Follow-Up on Order Delivery or Cancellation)

Dear Takealot Team,

I am still awaiting feedback despite multiple attempts to request either the delivery of my order or its cancellation. The order was placed and paid for on 29/11/2024, with an expected shipping and delivery date of 10/12/2024.

To date, none of these commitments have been fulfilled, nor have I received any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. This experience has been highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the service being provided.

I urge you to address this matter promptly by either ensuring immediate delivery or processing a cancellation and refund.
