Order #*** - Give me my credit or return my product

1 month has come and gone and yet you cannot put your heads together and figure out what product needs to be refunded.

I have called, email and everything in between and yet you guys can't seems to get it right.

Why is it that you cannot refund me for the product that I dropped off - have you guys lost it. What is the issue.

Honestly embarrassing from such a well-known product supplier
