Order #***8 UNSATISFIED I need help

I have a HUGE problem. I was promised a FULL delivered of 8ea whiteboards on 22 February. Takealot delivered 6 boards correct (1200 x 1200) then delivered one board wrong (1200 x 900) and one board NOT delivered. The process to try and get this resolved is EXTREMELY CUMBERSOME. I have to deal with a different agent every time, they ask the same infomration, and now I am told I will only receive delivery 5 MARCH! I have to ship my goods by 25 March to another country and I based this on Takealot promising to deliver the full delivery 22 Feb. I am angry, frustrated and feel completely helpless. Takealot PLEASE HELP ME! I am trying to call but the line just rings. What must I do? Order #***8
