Order ***7

I placed an order on the 19th of May 2020 and received a confirmation email that my order would be delivered on the 27th of May 2020. Now I did not mind waiting 6 business days for them to deliver from Johannesburg to Pretoria evevb though they promise 3-4 business days. Today I decided to check my order on the app as I had not yet received the standard Takealot SMS that my order would be deliverd tomorrow by 17h00 and I got the shock of my life, my order had not yet been shipped and my delivery date has been moved to the 5th of June 2020!!!!! This was not communicated to me in advance by Takealot, had I not checked my order on the app I would have been in the dark about my order! This is really poor service from their side!!!
