ORDER ***- WORST SERVICE

I placed an order on 01/05 order no: ***. Delivery date was 06/05.

I haven't received the order as of 09/05, this is because my order was sent to the wrong depot in Alberton. I have been calling and emailing exhaustively to get a new update on my delivery and all I'm being told is that 'they are trying to contact the Alberton hub to get my order rerouted'. According to the customer service team, this will take 2-3 working days, mind you I am based in Bedfordview!!

After requesting for two whole days with no solid feedback, I finally received the collection address, which is a further inconvenience to me because no one is willing to take accountability or even try to resolve my issue.

I am highly disappointed because I thought the delivery option will be more convenient as opposed to collection. It has just been an unnecessary nuisance!

To further add salt to the wound, my colleague placed an order on Wednesday, and received their order yesterday to the same address!

I have been buying from Takelot for over 6 years and never experienced such poor service. What an utter disappointment!
