Order #: ***2 - ***

I placed my order 05 Feb 2019 and paid R 120 for a same day delivery fee No where did it mention when making payment that the “cut off” time for same day delivery is 11am.

Only after phoning the call centre and speaking to 2 agents wasI advised that my order will be delivered tomorrow “06/02/2019” because my parcel missed the “shipping” of today (05/02/2019).

I find this unnaceptable. I specifically used take a lot for the convience of same day delivery and I was happy to pay the same day delivery fee; only to be told at 3pm that my order wont be delivered. I desperately needed my order delivered today.
