I had the worst experience ever ordering from TAKE A LOT online, I ordered a kettle which only worked for 2 months,they exchanged it and the same thing happened with the second one..They exchanged the kettle again and I had to pay for the shipping which was their fault and within a period of a month the kettle was not working again...We only use the kettle for boiling water for tea at night as we at work during the day,so I dont understand why it would not last ...I am very angry and disappointed at them as I believe they are either selling us rejects or factory faults appliances...I would not recommend Take a lot to anyone...Ever
