Order ***3 NO DOGFOOD DELIVERED

I placed an order for small items and dog food, however they only delivered the small items and not the dog food. Ive logged countless enquiries now they have gone an placed an order on my account without my permission for a second bag of dog food which stated PAY NOW. Skynet was the courier. Somewhere along the line someone stole my dog food and now I am asked to pay again for an item not received. This is utterly **** service they cant even track the dog food.
