Order *** delayed due to item i have cancelled

Good day,<br> <br> On 3 September I ordered 9 Items to the value of R1198 - Paid it in full the same day and was advised the delivery time will be 22 September 2015. On 15 September 2015 I receive an email from Alonda Raven to say that the order will be delayed further due to an item that is still to come from the supplier and at first i rep**** it's fine, but then later the same day emailed her again and advised to please remove that item and to send my order as soon as possible. I checked with the courier company today to find out what time they will deliver and was advised that the order is on hold due to an outstanding item. So does Alonda Raven not read her emails??? Apparently not because I mailed her this morning to enquire why she did not cancel the order as instructed and it's not afternoon and still no answer from her OR ANYONE at [URL Removed] I WANT MY ORDER URGENTLY so please cancel the cd that is holding up the order!!!! I BEG YOU PLEASE!!
