Order #*** not completed

Takealot order Order #***. I have a problem and cannot resolve it. I ordered 6 Mercer 545 watt panels. 5 of the 6 panels was delivered on 27 November. A date was set for the 2nd, then for the 6th and then for 11th of December to get the missing panel to me, yet nothing. I have send emails, phoned, but noting. I cannot get hold of anyone, but minions who is not able to help me. I please need this to be resolved
