Order *** cancelled

I ordered a few items on Friday,the transaction went of my account but did not capture on takealot’s end,I contacted them immediately was advised the query will be escalated after I sent proof ,Did that and no one came back to me instead my order is cancelled 😡 Jasen.B and Sinazo V advised I will be contacted on Saturday no one came back I’m so mad at service😡
