Order 4 books and no delivery after almost 4 weeks

I have order 4 books from [URL Removed] on Monday, 22 June 2015, order number ***. It was indicated as in stock and I paid for it on the exact same day. The delivery date was indicated as Friday, 3 July 2015. When I checked on the system it was all of sudden indicated as 13 July 2015. After numerous phone calls and e-mails the call centre agents told me that the books were out of stock and they have to source it from their suppliers. It is today 15 July 2015 and no books has been delivered. when I phoned again today, I couldn't speak with the buyer of the books myself because she is on lunch and there is no direct line to her - what *******!! <br> <br> If this is the type of service that you get from [URL Removed] I'll never order anything else again. They offer products at huge discounts just to tell you after you have paid that it is out of stock and they don't know when the stock will be secured and they are full of pathetic excuses.
