No customer service what so ever. They do not respond to mail and cant even assist you over the phone, everything only gets escalated but to no specific person only a department. They cant contact you back you have to contact them. Waste of airtime! We even had to do the supplier and Takealot work for them because they cant assist. Our faulty dishwasher has been collected on the 4th of April 2023 and till to date we are awaiting our refund. Pathetic not even management can assist!
