ORDER 1MONTH OLD, STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!
I bought some items a month ago on their website, provided my contact numbers, the address and everything needed. i received their notifications to say the parcel is on its way, it will be delivered before 05:00pm, the next day i received a message stating that this delivery has been scheduled for the next day. the day after that i just kept on receiving those messages, like an idiot, i kept on waiting for them to actually deliver. <br> <br> they decided to call and find out if the parcel was received, i told them no, again they promised that it will be delivered the next day, i sat still and nothing happened. yesterday i called their callcentre to track the order, the lady told me it was dispatched to a wrong warehouse, she is escalating it, and after the escalation she will give me a call, as i was waiting for the call of the escalation, this morning i received a message from takealot, \we have received your request to return the items you bought
