Only thing Takealot delivers is bad service

I returned a faulty printer still under warranty. Takealot claimed that it was sent to the supplier and replaced, but instead Takealot sent me someone else returned and faulty printer (dirty and damaged) which they had in their warehouse. After I returned that they again said that my original unit has now been sent to the supplier for assessment. 3 weeks later and lots of messages claiming again that the printer will be replaced and is in their warehouse waiting delivery, I've not heard another word from them. Takealot are now ignoring me. Very bad service and nothing but lies from them.
