Only received half my delivery!!

<p>I recently ordered the floorwiz twizz mop "twin pack" to my understanding "twin pack" means 2. I ordered 2 which means I should have received 4. I used the cod option as the mops were for myself and my colleagues. Only 2 mops arrived and I paid the Mr delivery driver the full amount for the full order. I have been told the other 2 are on the way. It's a week later and no one can help me with regards to where the balance of my order is it's either I get the delivery or I get a refund its that simple. I'm a regular shopper in takealot and I've never had a problem before. This is concerning. I would like some assistance and not for some *********** person to tell me they are working on the problem and will get back to me and I constantly have to follow up. Takealot needs to sort out their internal issue on their own n not disgruntle a customer!</p>
