Only indoor unit delivered despite paying for both indoor and outdoor unit

For the second time, I bought another air conditioner form Takealot, they only delivered the indoor unit. Now 6 days later, they haven’t fetched their product and my money is sitting with them. I will never buy from Takealot again.
