Only buy from Takealot not those they outsource to

I bought a phone by cc from Takealot on the 7th of April. They delivered it the next day. (that's excellent service) It couldn't read the SIM card so I had to wait 10 days for a SIM card (see my other review on airmobile). Takealot fetched the phone and then said I hadn't returned the USB cable or pin, which I am sure I did. I put a little black plastic elastic on. They wanted to collect that and it and then fetch the cable and pin (emailed many times in omlplaints) when they said they would (I waited at home all day and the next) and then I sent in a complaint and they reset the arrival date for 26th April. Now it has gone back to the seller for review and I am so grateful that I didn't sell my old phone as I wouldn't have had one for 3 weeks. When I looked it was fulfilled by Takealot and sold by MR A Computers. My phone has gone to them to be assessed. Apparently its in transit now. Can I please have a phone back???
