only a select race that can sell on Takealot

? I app**** to sell my products on Takealot in May 2021 and it's a mission impossible task to achieve. I always get automated emails from a Shaun Marshall stating they don't have enough info on my products. I've been sending pictures and videos to this Marshall guy since May till today all I get is automated emails.

If only white people and Indians are allowed to sell on Takealot please let me know so that I don't waste my precious time and your time
