ONLINE SHOPPING HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY - WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I ordered few items on the 24th October 2016, as normal, go online and track the progress of order, Up until Tuesday 08th Nov 16, order was on track, although i phoned in, and spoke to a gent (which i neglected too get its name) i asked very nicely, may i change the colour of one of the diaries...without hesitation, was a firm NO! Then today, 10th Nov, wake up to a text msg, Your takealot purchase will be delivered before 5. So naturally i log back in, to double check the amount i need to have ready - and low and behold the same diary i was quering...CANCELLED! with no explanation, No sms, no email. And all you get is a sorry! Only to be told, purchase a more expensive diary and we will fit the bill for the shipping! Is this how you handle a customer that purchases allot from you! I think its sad and pathetic!!! You clearly dont value your customers - or do you only value the ones that spend thousands with you every week? </p>
