Online order takealot, Dissapointed

I bought a product from them and when we tried to install it after weeks we've received it, I was missing some *****s to drill the product into the wall. When I return it, explain why I was, they advised me thet they cannot assist & rejected the return, till today, I have not received the product or my money back.
