I purchased a black and decker steam mop. What they sent me was a previously opened product, basically an unboxed product and made me pay a full price.

The box was previously opened and sealed simply with a piece of box tape, most of the items inside did not have their plastic packaging and when they did, it was ripped in places.

As per the purchase exchange, you have the money you asked for, I expect a new un-opened, un-tampered with product - does this not make sense to you and your people?
