One star is too kind

Takealot is absolutely pathetic. We spent over R9 000.00 on a washing machine only for it to be delivered with a massive dent in the side. It took Takealot over a week to pick up the washing machine, 5 days to inspect it, and another 6 days to have a new one delivered. New one delivered on day 19 with a massive scratch down the side. Takealot purposefully sends out scratched and dented products hoping that clients will eventually get so sick of returning it and eventually keep it. How do you not make sure the replacement product is in pristine condition before sending it out in replacement of a dented one? Best of all, your call centre agent was so useless that I rated her badly and she called back the next day asking me to change her rating! I am appalled by your pathetic service, pathetic turnaround time and pathetic quality control.
