One item short on my delivery

Very bad service i got from the company. One item was short on my delivery, i called in and told them about the missing item and the sales man told me that he will write an email and query the warehouse. It has been 3 days now waiting for a feedback and when i call they keep on telling me the same thing over and over again. Honestly this is the last time i am using takelot.
