Once Loyal Customer Lost

They Rescheduled my order 4 times in 1 week, they eventually cancelled my order entirely, and the in app tracking is a bunch of lies, don't believe it, If you don't follow up they will just forget about you. Takealots service quality has really deteriorated. I used to be a loyal customer, will not take the chance of ordering from them again. Will try Amazon and Makro from now on
