Once Good now terrible customer service

Had an incorrect order delivered, was told that the item was not in stock. They then would not reply when I requested my delivery surcharge be refunded since the item did not require the surcharge. This was refunded but coincidentally the refund for the item is now R200 less than the price I paid. I have had to open several tickets and have had multiple orders lost and items cancelled before this.
