Once Bitten, Twice Shy, Third time shame on me

I have purchased something and chose following day delivery.....first thing that was a red flag is me not receiving the SMS to confirm delivery tomorrow and estimated time of delivery. I had to call only to be told that delivery will be before 7pm whereas delivery is set for an office park which should be indication that there are office hours to adhere to. Agent I spoke to sent email for me to confirm that I request delivery to be before or at 16h30 after email it was followed by an sms to state delivery will be before 5pm. Fine I arranged to stay till that time only to receive an sms at 16h41 that they tried to deliver but couldn't, mind you I did not get a call from the delivery person to say they are outside. To my surprise I ran out the office to check and there was no sign of delivery van outside only to receive another sms at 17h35 tried to deliver but couldn't. I am beyond dissapointed with the services as this is second time in a row whereby I get the " tried but couldn't sms without a call" last time I had to use my petrol to chase after a driver to give me my parcel. I use Take A Lot for the convenience but all i seem to run into is just bad service accompanied by they deal with a lot of complains. I am a very sad client now My ***

I really am not happy, what was the use of having the option of following day delivery if I have to fight for that delivery.....Over promise and under delivery.
