Once bitten, twice shy.

I placed an order and the it was short delivered, items were missing. I queried and my query took 5 days, units were then sent out for delivery but did not receive them while the order status shows its delivered and signed by me. I am really disappointed with the service I received. Especially with an order that was as important as this one.
